Connectivity 2022 celebrates 5th year of McMaster IT Forum
That’s a wrap! Connectivity 2022 closes out a festive-filled, four-day program of sharing experiences and insights, learning new technology and celebrating successes of the McMaster IT Community.
With nearly 200 attendees across 26 sessions, free lunches, door crashers, capture the flag and prizes, the McMaster IT Forum shaped up to be an eventful week. Connectivity 2022 welcomed attendees far and wide for speed-learning, networking, engagement and mindfulness sessions in the last week of February.
Launching the IT Forum was special guest and keynote speaker Takara Small, lead technology columnist for CBC’s Metro Morning (Canada’s #1 morning radio show) and a contributor to Canada Tonight with Ginella Massa. McMaster President David Farrar also gave opening remarks, conveying recognition, appreciation and gratitude to the IT Community for their continued dedication.
Other special guests include the Digital Futures panel featuring John Weigelt from Microsoft Canada, Bruce Wainmann from McMaster and Jaclyn Winitsky from the McMaster AI Society.
