This project will:

• Make the purchasing process faster and easier for faculty, staff and authorized students
• Give purchasers the opportunity to easily compare prices with approved catalogue suppliers
• Allow all users to track the status of their orders
• Provide detailed data to obtain better pricing from suppliers; i.e. leverage buying power across campus
• Decentralize purchasing to end users but centralize sourcing opportunities for university-wide initiatives
• Automated workflow approval before the purchase is made
• Improved efficiency of payment and reconciliation processes.
