HR Digitization Project

The HR Digitization project addresses findings from the UniForum benchmarking analysis to implement critical HR employment data management (i.e.: payroll, time and job data), recruitment and end-to-end employee onboarding module enhancements. Phase 1 concludes Fall 2019 and  Phase 2 concludes Fall 2020. Read more below….

McMaster IT is proud to partner with the Human Resources Review Implementation to advance digitization activities. The goals of this initiative are now being executed by the HR team and supported by IT partners. More information here. 

The HR digitization project aims to ease the HR-related workload burden for department administrators, managers, faculty and researchers by:

  • “Digitizing” core HR processes.
  • Implementing improved system functionality and business processes.
  • Enabling efficiencies within Human Resources Services (HRS) and departmental administrative teams.
  • Facilitating the implementation of modern, user-friendly, manager, employee, and administrator self-service elements.
