IT Student Advisory Committee delivers annual report
The McMaster Information Technology Student Advisory Committee (ITSAC) recently released its annual report.
ITSAC launched in September 2018 and provides a forum for undergraduate and graduate students to discuss current campus technology priorities and new IT initiatives.
At the end of each academic year, ITSAC provides a report to the Office of the Associate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer outlining recommendations and feedback on IT services and projects at McMaster.
In 2022-23, ITSAC received updates and provided feedback on key IT projects, initiatives, and operations such as:
- IT Security (multi-factor authentication and Cybersecurity awareness)
- Campus Relationship Management (CRM) – a new digital student experience hub
- Enhanced Wi-Fi on campus
- Microsoft 365 apps and services
- And more…
