This is a multi-phase project.

Phase One: After conducting research during the discovery phase (or phase one), success will be based on the research team’s ability to determine a solution that will best encompass all of the needs of the stakeholders who have been consulted. Phase one will produce a clear list of recommendations, project implementation plan and proposed budget as well as metrics for Phase two. Phase one will also include liaising with other governance committees to ensure alignment with the activities of those committees.
