Microsoft (MS) Dynamics was recently chosen by McMaster Continuing Education as the CRM technology solution. MS Dynamics 365 offers additional opportunities for integration with our campus Microsoft 365 productivity software, including the new McMaster Mail and calendaring.
As a result of the inclusive RFP evaluation process, MS Dynamics 365 is being assessed as a potential enterprise-wide CRM solution. In order to ensure that McMaster is appropriately prepared for an enterprise approach to CRM implementation, engagement sessions are being held to discuss and refine the CRM Readiness proposal. This particular project involves an analysis of the institution’s current state, as well as an evaluation of what capabilities must be in place to successfully implement a CRM solution.
