McMaster CTO weighs in on digital transformation for the higher ed landscape
Recently, McMaster AVP & CTO Gayleen Gray was invited to present alongside at Cisco Canada President Rola Dagher at the Activate Digital 2019 conference presented by Longview Systems.
Rola and Gayleen delivered a dynamic exchange covering the new McMaster IT Strategic Plan, digital transformation for the higher education landscape, and cultivating Canada’s future IT leaders. Representatives from across McMaster IT also attended the conference.
While on site at Activate Digital 2019, Gayleen also sat down with IT World Canada Editorial Director Brian Jackson. Throughout the course of the conversation, they discussed using data to inform decisions, student feedback via the McMaster IT Student Advisory Committee and of course, the McMaster IT Strategic Plan. Brian captured some of that conversation in this IT World Canada article: Data points: 5 technology executives share the metrics they can’t ignore.
